This Database Service Level Agreement ("DB SLA") defines the database availability, performance, backup, and recovery commitments for Verdict AI's database infrastructure. This SLA applies to all production database instances supporting the Verdict AI platform.

1. Database Availability Guarantee

99.95% Uptime

Monthly database availability guarantee

Our production databases maintain 99.95% availability each calendar month with multi-region redundancy and automatic failover. This translates to a maximum of approximately 22 minutes of downtime per month.

  • Major Version Updates: Scheduled quarterly with 14-day advance notice
